Tenants!
Tomorrow our new tenants are moving in! Some statistics:
9 - days advertised on Trademe (since Wed, 1st February)
2606 - views until now
12 - average number of phone calls asking for address every day
11 - average number of “hang up” messages on our shiny new answering machine every day
5 - average number of emails asking for address every day
1 - number of days until our ad comes out in the NZ Herald…
luckily we won’t be there to take the calls 
answering machine to the rescue, yet again.
